Who does not love garlic?

It holds a very central position in Mediterranean cuisines, which encompasses countries such as Italy, Greece, Spain and France. From pasta sauces and roasted vegetables to soups, stews, and marinades, garlic is a fundamental component in many Mediterranean dishes.

1-Garlic Jam Glazed Salmon: Preheat the oven to 200°C.
