Ingredients
- 500g Lean minced Beef
- 1 small Onion, minced
- ½ cup soft breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Finely chopped parsley
- 1 Egg
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Curry powder, good quality
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive or Vegetable Oil
- ½ cup Plain Greek-style yogurt
- 3 tablespoons Red Onion Jam/Winemakers Jam
Let's start cooking
Combine the first 8 ingredients and form into medium burgers. Heat
the oil and cook on both sides until browned, but still tender. Mix
together the yogurt and Winemakers Jam. Heat the griller, and put
the burgers onto a baking dish. Using 2 spoons spread the yogurt
mixture over each burger and grill until the yogurt sets.
