PORK JAM is our latest taste sensation…a great Aussie flavour burst of our favourite Aussie pineapple with added apple, roasted Asian spices including crushed coriander seeds, a few curry leaves and mustard seeds amongst other completely aromatic and beautiful flavour hints. The fragrance is a honeyed, warm and spicy but fresh promise of a taste that you will want to have over and over.
Use Pork Jam to baste your chops or favourite cuts of Pork and of course, once cooked and served, spoon spoonfuls of Pork Jam on the side. Delicious! Great for the kids too. It’s full of flavour but not too hot or too spicy for the whole family.
