To achieve maximum flavour and complexity for our range of Savoury Jams we carefully select our primary ingredients of cherries, apple, pineapple, onions, garlic and wine which are blended to our recipes then slow cooked in small batches and finished with freshly chopped herbs, a flourish of spice, or fresh lemon zest, or a hint of cumin or chilli, pepper or roasted Asian spice.
